Comprehensive Assessment
When you engage our services, we’ll begin by talking with you about how your organization is currently operating and where you’d like to take it in the future. We’ll work with you to identify what aspects of your services and operations are running smoothly and where you feel your bottlenecks are, as well as what kind of budget you have for implementing changes and enhancements. After a comprehensive review, we’ll sit down with you and discuss what we feel are the strongest solutions available, whether it’s a service we provide, a solution from another company (in which case we will work with you to facilitate those connections), or simply a method for altering your approach to a problem. We perform this assessment entirely pro bono for non-profits, and we will focus on developing or procuring solutions that are appropriate for your budget.
Targeted Issue Resolution
As an example, if we find that your most immediate bottleneck is basic funding, we might work with you to design an application to help you better track client needs and demographics to more rapidly and accurately respond to grant opportunities. Alternately, we could discuss solutions to improve your marketing and donor outreach, or, if you are overburdened by day-to-day operational work, talk about solutions for recruiting and coordinating volunteers to help perform tasks that are currently handled by employees.
